In Broadcast Technology, for the last few days, we've been working in the film studio, in which I learned how to make a proper production. One of the main things I learned was the importance of proper sound and lighting. Without proper sound, it would be hard to hear the anchors. And if there isn't enough volume they won't be heard clearly. And lighting can completely change someone's appearance. If it's too dark, the anchors won't be visible. And if the lighting is too bright then it could ruin their completion on camera.

I began to learn to use film technology. I learned how to properly use a teleprompter. I also now know how to get a good angle on a video camera. I can now properly be a director as well. The class has taught me many interesting things so far and I'm excited to learn even more.I made an iMovie talking about myself. Who I am as a person, my interests, hobbies, and other things about me. It goes over my interests and hobbies, even though there isn't much in that category. All of my pictures I either took myself or they were sent to me from friends or family. I probably have more pictures of my dog Bailey than I do of anything else. I think some of the photos I took where pretty good. Even though I don't have an iPhone, my camera is still moderately okay. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video, I tried :).
In my most recent project, I had to interview an expert in a certain field. Emily Spina and I decided to interview Chef Dalton, the Food and Nutrition teacher. We started with trying to find a good time to interview her. There was a food truck event going on in her classroom in which teachers were invited to come in and try dishes the students made, so we decided to go in and record some B-Roll during the event so we can have a recording of some of the things she does. We conducted the interview during seminar right after that period. We made sure to ask her about her career in cooking, what sparked her interest, and how she ended up becoming a teacher. Emily asked the questions and I worked with the camera. I also filmed the majority of the B-Roll. With the first interview, we had Chef Dalton in the wrong third. So we had to find a time to go in and re record the interview. Emily had to finish a test during seminar so I had to improvise and find somebody else to help me redo the interview.
